Care Guide
Caring for
Your Masterpiece
Preserving the beauty of your investment requires the right touch.
Here is how to maintain the timeless appeal of your URBANLOFT collection.
Leather Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth: Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth-never rub,
use a specialized leather conditioner every 6-12 months.
Febric & Unploshtery
Vacum regulary using the Unploshtery attachment.
For spot cleaning, test your cleaning solution on a hidden area first.
Profesional cleaning is recommended for deep stains.
Wood Surfaces
Use coaster to prevent water rings. Dust with a microfiber cloth.
Avoid harsh chemical sprays; instead, use a high-quality wood polish sparingly.
Outdoor Furniture
While designed for the elements, we recommended covering your furniture during heavy storms.
Clean frames with mild soap and water. Ensures solar modules are free of debris for maximum charging efficiency.
Solid Metals - Brass, Steel & Black Anodized
Metal finishes, particularly solid brass and steel, react to their environment. To maintain their luster, wipe gently with a soft, microfiber cloth. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can strip the protective lacquer.
For unlacquered brass, a specialized metal polish can be used to restore shine, or it can be left to develop a natural, rich patina over time.
Marble & Natural Stone
Natural stone is timeless but porous. It requires immediate attention to spills, especially acidic substances like wine, coffee, lemon, or vinegar, which can etch the surface. Always use coasters and placemats.
Clean with a pH-neutral cleaner specifically designed for stone. We recommend professional sealing once a year to maintain resistance against staining.
Glass & Mirrored Surfaces
To ensure streak-free clarity, use a quality glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth.
Crucial Tip: Never spray cleaner directly onto the surface, especially near the edges or backing, as the liquid can seep behind and damage the silvering (causing black spots).
Spray the cloth first, then wipe the surface gently.
Polycarbonate & Acrylics
Often found in our lighting and contemporary seating, these materials are durable but sensitive to scratches and chemicals.
Dust with an anti-static cloth. For cleaning, use only lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap.
Warning: Never use alcohol, acetone, or window cleaners containing ammonia, as these can cause the material to become cloudy or crack.
